Stata Center (1998)
The Stata Center (Building 32) is a 720,000-square-foot academic complex designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Frank Gehry for MIT. The building opened in 2004. Major funding for the project was provided by Ray and Maria Stata. Other major funders include Bill Gates and Alexander W. Dreyfoos, Jr. Above the fourth floor, the building splits into two distinct structures: the Gates (G ) tower and the Dreyfoos (D) tower.
